“Bamboo”. Burritos are made with flour
tortillas and drizzled with sour cream.
PHILLY STEAK BURRITO
Thinly sliced steak meat, onion, mushrooms
and rosted poblano peppers. Drizzled with
a cheese salsa and cream.
BURRITOS FAJITAS (2)
Tortillas filled with grilled onions, choice of
steak or chicken, covered with cheese sauce.
Topped with sour cream. Served with rice or
beans.
BURRITO SAN JOSÉ
A large tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken,
Mexican sausage, rice and beans, topped
with cheese sauce and pico de gallo.
BURRITOS DELUXE (2)
Two flour tortillas combined, one chicken and
beans and one beef and beans, topped with
salad, pico de gallo and sour cream. Served
with rice or beans.
CHIMICHANGAS DINNER
Two flour tortillas, fried or soft, filled with
shredded beef or chicken, covered with cheese
sauce and sour cream. Served with rice and
beans.
BURRITO DE LA RULETA
One flour tortilla stuffed with grilled steak or
chicken, rice, beans and onions. Topped with
cheese sauce, ranchero sauce and pico de
gallo.
BURRITO DE ESPINACA
One flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken,
rice, beans and spinach. Topped with spinach
sauce, cheese sauce and garnished with sour
cream.
BURRITO MEX
One flour tortilla stuffed with grilled steak or
chicken, rice, beans and onions. Topped with
queso dip, pico de gallo and garnished with
guacamole and sour cream. Served with rice
and beans on the side.
BURRITO CHIPOTLE
One flour tortilla stuffed with grilled chicken,
green peppers, your choice of rice or beans,
and covered with a creamy chipotle sauce.
Drizzled with sour cream and garnished with a
mango pico de gallo.
